Maintenance Person (QTST)

QTST Limited are currently looking for a In-house Maintenance Person.

Company: QTST Limited

Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Minimum: 30 hours per week

Would prefer:

Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience

• Carry out routine property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Complete minor building repairs throughout the property.
• Perform sanding, preparation, filling, and painting of walls, doors, fences, handrails, and other property assets.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures and fittings where appropriate.
• Carry out minor carpentry and handyman tasks.
• Assist with assembling, disassembling, and relocating furniture and equipment.
• Move stock, furniture, appliances, and other items as required.
• Complete basic silicone sealing and patch repairs.
• Participate in seasonal cleaning
• Participate in deep cleaning and occasional carpet cleaning
• Carry out general upkeep of indoor & outdoor plants, gardens and keep space tidy
• Perform any other tasks required by the Employer / Manager
