Position: Customer Service Manager

Payrate: $33 to $40 per hour

Key Requirements:

MUST have at least 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning Industry Or A Level 4 qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the cleaning business across multiple client sites.
Manage cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and supervise cleaners to
ensure service standards are met.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health &
safety compliance
Maintain accurate records of timesheets, job completions, andclient feedbacks.
Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies and PPE as needed.
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve anyservice issues promptly.
Conduct quality checks and site audits to ensure compliance with contractstandards.
Ensure all operations align with health and safety regulations andworkplace policies.

 

Position: Hygiene Technician

Payrate: $35 to $42 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 50

Key Requirements:

MUST have at least 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning Industry Or A Level 4 qualification.

Key Responsibilites:

Hygiene Services

Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout assigned premises by:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
  • Maintaining sanitary conditions in bathrooms and amenities
  • Replenishing toilet paper, hand towels, soap and other consumables
  • Cleaning sanitary and hygiene equipment as required
  • Monitoring consumable levels and reporting shortages
  • Following site-specific hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Applying appropriate cleaning and disinfecting products to different surfaces
  • Preventing cross-contamination through correct cleaning methods and equipment separation

Cleaning Chemicals and Products

Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and safely.

  • Selecting the appropriate chemical for the cleaning task
  • Following product labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and company procedures
  • Correctly measuring and diluting chemicals
  • Correctly labelling decanted or diluted products
  • Never mixing incompatible chemicals
  • Storing chemicals safely after use
  • Reporting chemical spills, leaks or damaged containers
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

·        Maintaining awareness of chemical hazards and exposure risks

Equipment Operation

Safely operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment, which may include:

  • Vacuum cleaners
  • Wet/dry vacuums
  • Floor scrubbers
  • Floor polishers and buffers
  • Carpet extraction machines
  • Steam cleaning equipment
  • Pressure washers
  • Mops and specialised cleaning tools
  • High-pressure or specialised cleaning equipment where authorised
  • Checking equipment for damage or defects
  • Using equipment according to manufacturer instructions
  • Cleaning equipment after use
  • Correctly storing equipment
  • Reporting faults or maintenance requirements
  • Preventing unauthorised use of specialist equipment

Health, Safety and Risk Management

Maintain a safe working environment for employees, clients, contractors and members of the public.

  • Following all company health and safety policies
  • Conducting required pre-start checks and risk assessments
  • Using PPE correctly
  • Placing wet-floor and hazard signage where required
  • Following safe manual-handling practices
  • Using chemicals and equipment safely
  • Reporting hazards, incidents, near misses and injuries promptly
  • Keeping cleaning areas secure and free from unnecessary hazards
  • Following infection-control procedures where applicable
  • Complying with site-specific health and safety requirements
  • Participating in health and safety training and toolbox meetings

Quality Control

Deliver cleaning services to the standard specified by the company and client.

The technician must:

  • Follow cleaning schedules and task lists
  • Complete all assigned duties within required timeframes
  • Inspect completed work
  • Identify areas requiring additional cleaning
  • Maintain consistent presentation standards
  • Correct deficiencies where possible
  • Report recurring problems to the supervisor
  • Complete quality-control documentation where required
  • Follow client-specific service requirements
