Lanzhou Beef Noodle Ltd is located at Mt Eden, Auckland. We provide top-class Lanzhou noodles and other dishes. We now need one Restaurant Manager. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 35 hours per week.

 

The job involves the following tasks and duties: 

 

  • Coordinating the overall operation of the restaurant
  • Ensuring the delivery of superior customer services
  • Taking reservation and orders, and arrange functions
  • Receiving customer feedback and making necessary improvement to the operation of the restaurant
  • Converse good understanding in handling problems to ensure smooth operation between the kitchen and restaurant.
  • To promote our restaurant in the Asian & Chinese market
  • Coordinating in planning menus and pricing
  • Selecting and training new staffs.
  • Organizing staff rotation and supervising staff performance
  • Estimating consumption, controlling cost and advising on making budget
  • Managing stock levels and arranging supplies
  • Maintaining records of transaction
  • Maintaining a positive working environment
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

 

To qualify for the job, you need to have:

Diploma or above relevant qualification in business field; or at least two year’s relevant work experience

You may be required to work during weekend and late in night (10pm)

Have can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure since our restaurant is extremely busy during peak hours.

You should also have good attention to details to make sure everything goes through your hand is thoroughly clean
