Office Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and tracking usage to minimize costs.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary resources and training.
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for office activities.
- Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.
Financial Administration
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring office expenditures against the budget.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits as required.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for financial transactions.

Salary Information
