We're looking for Food and beverage staff to join our founding team and help bring this exciting restaurant to life in West Coast. Its a full-time and Permanent role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding service across restaurant and its operations.
  • Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely and professional food and beverage delivery.
  • Upselling menu items and recommending dishes and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous 12 months verifiable experience in hospitality or Food and Beverage service is required
  • LCQ certificate is required
  • A solid knowledge of cocktails, wine and beverage service
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 
  • Knowledge of dietary and cultural requirements is a plus.
