Administrator
We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator. Join our team and play a key role in monitoring and following up outstanding actions, provide accurate information to support operational decision-making and assist the team in achieving contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and service delivery requirements. Reporting to Administration Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
The purpose of this position is to provide effective contract administration and operational support to Work Supervisors, ensuring work is accurately managed within the Works Management System (WMS) and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and client expectations.
The Administrator will work closely with Work Supervisors, Client and relevant stakeholders to ensure work orders, programmes, variations, correspondence and other administrative requirements are actioned accurately and within required timeframes.
Fixed term contract end date - 30th June 2027

- Experience in a structured, contact and administration role
- Experience in meeting inter-daily deadlines
- Experience in a high-volume administration role
- Recording analysis and documentation.
- Preparing internal and external correspondence.
- Research and obtaining information quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, especially excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
- Confident telephone manner
- Proven ability to relate well to fellow team members, sub-contractors & client
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise own work.
- Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced environment.
