This is a varied, office-based customer coordination role, managing customer requirements from order through to delivery. You will work closely with Account Managers and teams across Procurement, Quality, Finance and Warehousing to keep orders accurate, customers informed and everything on track.

This role will suit someone based on the North Shore, Rodney or surrounding areas, with hours of Monday–Friday, 8.00am–4.30pm.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll manage the day-to-day requirements of a customer portfolio, working with internal teams to keep orders accurate, on track and delivered as expected.

  • Processing orders and checking specifications
  • Coordinating artwork, production and delivery requirements
  • Keeping customers informed and up to date
  • Monitoring orders and following up anything requiring attention
  • Preparing sales and stock reports
  • Managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Resolving issues and finding practical solutions

About You

Experience in manufacturing, packaging, print or labels is highly desirable. You'll understand the importance of following a methodical process, getting the detail right and doing things properly every time — there are no shortcuts when it comes to quality, specifications and customer requirements.

You'll also bring:

  • Proficiency with Excel, ERP and CRM systems
