Team Member - Pizza Hutt (Wellington Region) 

About the role: 

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to support the day-to-day operations of a busy pizzeria. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to a high standard, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The position involves assisting with food preparation, monitoring cooking processes, handling customer transactions, managing stock levels, and completing deliveries when required.

Key Responsibilities 

This busy Pizzeria is looking for team members to:

  • Consistently provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
  • Follow guest service guidelines and procedures; take appropriate action to ensure all guests receive service beyond their expectations
  • Work assigned stations accurately and productively; clean and stock station areas; perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Ensure guests receive hot, quality products; prepare packages and delivers all products according to menu standard
  • Handle food products according to RBL procedures
  • Follow RBL food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees
  • Report faulty equipment and fixtures to the manager on duty

 

Training and Developement

  • Strive to improve personal skills and performance
  • Follow the steps outlined in the Crew Member Training Program to learn new skills, duties and responsibilities and to improve personal performance level

Skill and Experience Required

  • Available to work from Monday to Sunday on rotated shifts from 8:00am until 2:00am
  • Valid Driver license and clean driving history
  • Must be able to drive to handle the pizza deliveries
  • Clean criminal record
  • Physically fit, to stand for a longer duration
  • Hardworking and passionate
