  • Managing stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships.
  • Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and overall restaurant service.
  • Ensuring food safety, health and safety, licensing and other relevant requirements are followed.
  • Ensuring appropriate procedures are followed for the responsible sale and service of alcohol.
  • Supporting functions, promotions and other activities to help grow the business.
  • Maintaining operational records and providing updates and reports to the Directors.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and overall restaurant performance.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, knows how to lead a team and isn't afraid to be hands-on when things get busy.
To be considered for the role, you will need:
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in restaurant, food and beverage, bar or hospitality operations, including staff supervision or leadership experience.
  • Experience coordinating day-to-day hospitality operations.
  • Experience with staff supervision, training and rostering.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of stock control, cost management and restaurant operational procedures.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, health and safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organisation and time-management skills.
  • The ability to remain organised and positive in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
