Join a busy Facilities team in Takapuna and provide key coordination and administration support across projects, infrastructure and maintenance programmes.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project/Contracts Coordinator, who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, managing information and keeping records accurate and up to date.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaising with project and facilities teams across the Northern districts to gather contracts and supporting documentation
- Collecting and validating contract information
- Maintaining and updating the regional contracts register
- Following up outstanding information and coordinating document collection
- Maintaining organised electronic records and contract documentation
- Providing regular updates on progress, outstanding actions and key issues
What we're looking for:
- Previous project coordination, project administration or contract administration experience - Experience within facilities an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience maintaining registers, databases or project records
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; SharePoint experience an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and keep things moving
This is primarily a coordination, stakeholder engagement and information management role, rather than a project delivery position.
