Aashapuri Food Limited is seeking two friendly and customer-focused Front of House team members to provide efficient food and beverage service and a positive dining experience.

Job Description:

1. Greet customers, explain menu options, answer enquiries, and assist with selections.
2. Take dine-in and takeaway orders, operate the POS system, process cash/EFTPOS payments, and issue receipts.
3. Serve a range of food and beverages, including burgers, loaded fries, sides, frozen delights, soft drinks, thickshakes, and other menu items, in accordance with the café’s service standards..
4. Prepare tables and service areas, package takeaway orders, clear tables, and respond to customer requests.
5. Assist with assembling burgers and sides, preparing thickshakes and frozen delights, portioning food, and replenishing ingredients and supplies.
6. Communicate orders and delays with kitchen staff to support efficient service.
7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining, counter, and food-contact areas; clean equipment, manage waste, and follow food safety and health and safety procedures.
8. Restock service items, assist with deliveries and stock rotation, and perform other reasonable Front of House / Waiter duties.

Skills and other Requirements:

1. NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification OR at least one year of relevant full-time work experience. (Either work experience and Qualification is required)
2. Clean character check.
3. Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
4. Availability for evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as rostered.
