About the role

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity? Look no further! We are looking for candidates who can work on a casual contract with our theatre/PACU team here at Tauranga Hospital.

About the team / service / location

Working at Tauranga Hospital, you will be part of a highly skilled, and supportive team in the theatre / perioperative department. In this role you will be supported and encouraged to develop your skills within in the team, including progression via PDRP and post graduate education.

About you

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years theatre nursing experience
  • A current NZ nursing registration and practising certificate
  • An ability to work with a flexible schedule
  • A passion for quality and the ability to care for patients undergoing a variety of acute and elective surgical procedures
