Today we are looking for the next hero assistant manager to join the crew in Queenstown. You would be invited to apply for the opportunity. 1-year of experience and No qualification is required. On-the-job training will be given.

What we expect you to perform:

  • May meet with customers and/or management to discuss menus for special occasions such as weddings, parties, and banquets;
  • Keep records of stock levels and financial transactions;
  • Ensure health, safety and liquor licensing regulations are complied with;
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their experience is up to the acceptable standard;
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and assign staff to specific duties;
  • Interview, hire, train, evaluate, dismiss and promote staff, and resolve staff grievances;
  • May take reservations and interact with customers; and
  • Other works as required
