Today we are looking for the next hero manager to join the crew in Queenstown. You would be invited to apply for the opportunity. 2-year of experience and No qualification is required. On-the-job training will be given.

What we expect you to perform:

- Collaborate with staff and/or management to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into
account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers;
- Planning menus and presentation of menus by consulting with Chefs and kitchen staff;
- Organising special functions, catering services, and events;
- Keep records of stock levels, pricing of goods, and financial transactions;
- Arrange the purchasing of goods according to budget and sales;
- Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredient in consultation
with staff and/or management;
- Ensure health, safety and liquor licensing regulations are complied with;
- Liaise with customers to ensure their experience is up to the acceptable standard;
- Select, train and monitor staff;
- May take reservations and interact with customers; and
- other works as required
