We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Tearista / Bobarista to join our team. If you love bubble tea, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ The Role

As a Tearista / Bobarista, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing delicious bubble tea, milk teas, fruit teas and other drinks
• Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
• Preparing toppings, syrups and ingredients
• Keeping the store clean, organised and welcoming
• Following recipes and maintaining consistent drink quality
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day store duties

💫 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 2 years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification equivalent to level 4 or above. 
• Is friendly, energetic and customer-focused
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual and responsible
• Can stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• Has great attention to detail
• Is willing to learn and take direction

Please note this is a full-time position with a guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours a week.
