Registered Nurse - Central Region Eating Disorder Service (CREDS)

The Central Region Eating Disorder Service (CREDS) is looking for a dynamic, energetic Registered Nurse to join our unique multi-disciplinary team. This exciting role will focus on supporting individuals with eating disorders in our residential care setting based in Lower Hutt.

CREDS offers treatment and therapy services to individuals with eating disorders, as part of the Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAID) operated by the Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Capital and Coast District Health Boards. We provide a full range of specialist services to people with eating disorders in the greater Wellington area - from nutritional counseling, outpatient therapy and psycho-social education through to a 6-bed residential care facility and 7am-7pm therapeutic Day Programme.

CREDS is excited to welcome a Registered Nurse who can offer compassionate and respectful care to those with clients with eating disorders.

If you are passionate about restoring the wellness of those impacted by eating disorders and have excellent communication skills please do not hesitate to apply. You must be a registered Nurse with a pre or post qualification in Mental health nursing with a valid APC.
