About the Role

• Coordinate resources to meet identified needs of patients and staff
• Manage staff and patient flows on a shift by shift basis, both across the department and between wards
• Supervise of nursing staff and provide clinical leadership
• Establish and maintain a high standard of patient focused care within the allocated resources
• Contribute to the department's risk minimisation activities and service activities, fostering a quality improvement culture
• Role model and provide staff with clinical educational support

About You

This role would suit a Senior Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills, organisation and leadership ability.

Other essential criteria will include:

• A clinical practice leader
• A role model with a proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
• A great communicator
• Someone with excellent self-awareness, and listening skills
• A clinically focused and skilled practitioner, who can exercise independent nursing judgement, apply advanced assessment skills
