Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Financial Management

  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring P&L statements are consistently positive.
  • Analyze sales trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting financial needs for staffing and supplies.
  • Implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for inventory.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
