You'll join a supportive team where customer outcomes and commercial thinking go hand in hand. This is a great opportunity to build a career in customer success, retention and growth while working with a broad range of customers and internal teams across the business. We offer a highly competitive salary, plus a monthly performance incentive. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 7:30pm. If you enjoy helping customers succeed, solving problems with ownership and finding opportunities that create value for both the customer and the business, we'd love to hear from you.

- Assigned workspace in Ellerslie office
- Company-issued equipment

- Proactively engaging with customers through welcome calls, health checks and account reviews
- Helping customers understand product features, billing, charges, self-service tools and available services
- Identifying early signs of dissatisfaction, reduced usage or churn risk, and taking ownership of the next steps
- Managing customer enquiries, concerns, incidents and complaints through to resolution
- Having confident conversations around product value, usage, retention, pricing and commercial terms within agreed guidelines
- Identifying opportunities to improve product adoption, increase relevant service usage or support appropriate upsell and cross-sell activity
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Credit, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Keeping accurate customer records and managing a high volume of activity while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Contributing ideas to improve customer processes, communications and overall experience

We're particularly interested in people with strong potential and experience in customer-facing, retention or commercially focused support roles. You may come from customer success, retention, customer care, sales support, account support, contact centre or portfolio-based customer management.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience managing customer conversations in a service, retention, support or sales environment
- The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly across phone, email and digital channels
- A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and helping them achieve value
- Confidence handling concerns, resolving issues and knowing when to escalate
- Commercial awareness and comfort discussing pricing, value, service options or retention solutions within clear guidelines
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems; Salesforce experience would be an advantage
- Resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative approach
Experience in fleet, payments, financial services, credit or another related industry would be helpful, but isn't essential.
