Digital Exams And Tests Administrator

Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting for a Digital Exams and Tests Administrator to join Te Kōtuinga Mātauranga - Centre for Academic Development on a permanent, full-time contract.

The Digital Exams and Test Administrator will support digital examinations and testing, requiring close collaboration with academic staff, faculty administration, and technical support teams to ensure the seamless delivery of digital assessment services across the University.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer and support digital examinations and testing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and technical staff to support operation of the service.
  • Administer processes, policies, training and support for users including students.

Candidates must possess a relevant tertiary or professional qualification and demonstrate proven ability in delivering effective training programs, including the development of comprehensive training materials.

Essential requirements include demonstrated experience in building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client service.

Key requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver effective training to users, including development of training materials.
  • Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining excellent stakeholder/client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
