We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team at Domino's Pizza Kerikeri! As a Fast-food Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing busy operations.

We require the following: -

At least 3 years of work experience in similar industry OR a Level 5 or 6 or higher qualification.

A bachelor’s degree in any stream is preferable but not mandatory

Applicant must be physically fit in order to be recruited for this role.

A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.

Flexible with working hours and should be able to work over the weekends.

Key Responsibilities: -

 

  • Must be able to organise and control the operations of the store
  • Must be able to determine the product mix, stock levels and service as per the prescribed standards.
  • formulating and implementing purchasing, marketing policies, and setting prices and offers as per the area requirements and demands.
  • Must be able to promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services in a better way.
  • Must be able to sell the goods and services to customers and advising them on availing the offers.
  • Must be able to maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Must be able to undertake budgeting (Control and spend) for the establishment.
  • Must be able to control the selection, training and supervision of staff.
  • Must be able to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for the store and the staff members.
  • Be able to arrange the training for the new and existing staff members.
  • Track employee performance and provide feedback to help improve their skills
  • Create weekly schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage while controlling labor costs
  • Maintain records of customer complaints
  • Provide advice on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Availability to work weekends and public holidays

- Valid NZ Class 1 licence

- Ability to pass a criminal background check (if requested)

- Pass a drug/alcohol test (if required)

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

- Good English language skills for excellent customer service

- Own transport

- ⁠must have valid work Visa/Status

Hours: 30 hours per week

Remuneration: $25 - 35 per hour

Location:  Kerikeri, Far North
