About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Home Based Treatment Team, you will provide high quality, evidence based mental health care to people and their whānau in the community. Your day will involve undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions that promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing. Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, you will use your clinical judgement to respond to changing needs while ensuring care is safe, effective, and person-centred.

About the Team/Service/Location
Our Home Based Treatment Team is a collaborative, community-focused service delivering acute mental health care in the least restrictive environment possible. Based at He Tāwharau Crisis Hub, we work closely with whānau and partner services to support recovery and provide responsive, wraparound care.

About You
As a Registered Nurse, you will bring strong clinical capability and a commitment to equitable, culturally responsive care. You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising Certificate
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health and addiction (or working towards)
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong time management, assessment, and communication skills
- Full drivers licence and ability to work within a community based setting
