The Recruitment Network is looking for an experienced Events Catering Chef to join a busy Christchurch catering team.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety and working across different catering environments, from large-scale events and bulk catering to weddings, private dining and corporate functions.

The Role:

  • Preparing and cooking food for a variety of events and functions
  • Bulk food preparation and high-volume catering
  • Weddings, private dining and corporate events
  • Working across different menus and catering styles
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
  • Working as part of a professional and supportive kitchen team

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous catering or commercial kitchen experience
  • Strong food preparation and cooking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Reliable, professional and able to work well within a team
  • A genuine passion for quality food and catering
