Are you a chef looking for regular work over the summer in Nelson? The Recruitment Network is looking for reliable, experienced chefs to join our casual team, working across pub, bar and restaurant-style kitchens.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working on the line in busy pub, bar and restaurant kitchens.
  • Preparing and cooking a range of menu items, including fryer food, burgers, grills and other classic pub meals.
  • Maintaining food quality, kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen as a chef or cook.
  • Confidence with line cooking, fryer work and busy service periods.
  • A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to pick up regular shifts over the summer.
  • The right to work in New Zealand.
