We are looking for 05 skilled and passionate Chefs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage food supply orders.

  • Oversee the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation.

  • Collaborate with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen staff to enhance food preparation processes.

  • Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance on best practices.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

  • Train and supervise kitchen staff as required.

  • Manage food preservation, including freezing and storage techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen.

  • Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take direction from supervisors.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
