We are looking for 05 skilled and passionate Chefs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage food supply orders.

Oversee the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation.

Collaborate with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen staff to enhance food preparation processes.

Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance on best practices.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Train and supervise kitchen staff as required.

Manage food preservation, including freezing and storage techniques.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen.

Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take direction from supervisors.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
