We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of Indian dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards, and contributing to menu development.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, breads, and regional specialties.

Ensure food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

Collaborate with management to develop and improve menu offerings.

Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.

Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.

In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
