We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of Indian dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards, and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, breads, and regional specialties.

  • Ensure food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and improve menu offerings.

  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.

  • Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

  • Experience in maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.

  • Relevant culinary qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
