Looking for Skilled and Experienced Cooks

We are seeking six dedicated Cooks to work across multiple hospitality businesses. As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality and freshness.
Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment to ensure food is
cooked properly.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Season food appropriately during cooking for optimal taste.
Portion food, plate dishes, and add garnishes, gravies, and sauces.
Store food in temperature-controlled facilities to maintain freshness and safety.
Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements, catering to customer needs.
Plan menus and estimate food requirements when necessary.
Train and assist other kitchen staff and apprentices as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook OR a relevant qualification.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Ability to work across multiple locations as per business needs.

Pay rate ranging from $25 - $28 per hour.
