What We’re Looking For:
Relevant qualification ( Level 4 cookery) or 3 years of experience
Expertise in Indian, South Indian, Chaats, Indo Chinese
Support and train the kitchen staff
Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and speed
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility for shift work, weekends, public holidays and busy hours
