Skill and qualification required 

  • Master degree in Business and able to apply academic knowledge into practice

  • Or you have 3 years relevant experience in similar roles.

  • Knowledge of elevator and understand elevator installation process.

  • Research and analytical skills;

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;

  • Excellent time management skills and computing skills;

  • Adaptable to change and able to multi-tasks 

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Able to work on flexible hours, including weekends 

Job description:

  • Organize meetings agendas, attend and take minutes of meetings, maintain confidential files and business documents

  • Act as the point of contact between Managing Director and external parties and internal staff.

  • Research the relevant information, prepare reports and related documents as required by Managing Director for both internal meetings and external business meetings.

  • Responsible for staff management, monitor staff performance, to ensure the compliance to the employment regulations.

  • Liaise and communicate with 3rd parties regarding the project matters, to ensure that projects are completed as planned and within the budget.

  • Respond to any inquiries on projects, work with internal and external parties to solve the problems

  • Following and taking actions for any matters decided by Managing Director, reports relevant issues that are required to pay attention, such as site safety issues

  • Coordinate with staff members to obtain updates regarding the work in progress and provide timely project status report to director.

  • Prepare reports on the project outcome, analyzing relevant information and project data.

Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $32-$36.5 per hour
Hours of work: 30 hours or above per week, shifted from Monday to Sunday
