We're been BUZZed and working with a forward thinking employer, planning ahead and looking for a organised Sous Chef for their Catering & Events team, from 2025 and beyond. If you are looking for a place with out the "ala Carte" docket machine, where you can focus on banqueting & events AND have all the resources to make it happened...then give us a BUZZ!

What are we looking for?
  • Experience leading, coaching and mentoring chefs of all levels
  • Innovative; bringing new ideas, creativity, techniques and trends
  • Collaborate with the wider team, share ideas to contribute to the business growth and exceed customer experiences
  • A solid communicator that gives direction and runs a seamless team
  • Exposure in banqueting / events / plated conferences
  • Experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef looking to take a step back
The Sous Chef will lead from the front with a hands-on style; being the face of the culinary operations, whilst nurturing a world class team in the kitchen. Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional.
