Position Available: 1

Minimum Working Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours per week.

Pay & Benefits: $30.00 per hour.

Qualification/Experience – Minimum 1 year experience OR a relevant qualification in cookery or hospitality. 

Ongoing training provided, if required.

 Key Responsibilities of the role:

·         planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies

·         Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

·         monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.

·         may freeze and preserve foods.

·         Develop and create new menu items.

·         Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

·         Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

·         Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

·         Train and supervise kitchen staff.

·         Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

·         Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving the overall dining experience.
