We have been BUZZed and looking for a talented Sous, competent on the grill and hot sections with the desire and hunger to serve the best cuisine is town. The General Manager are looking for career chefs (not those just looking for a job) to join the small brigade and cook up a storm. If your'e a master of the "hots"  and looking for a change.....give us a BUZZ!  

The position requires someone who can consistently deliver unique and exceptional customer experience.  You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of the grill. Your skills and ability will be tested - but this is a chance to shine in a fast paced kitchen environment. With a mixture of ala carte, function and large scale catering....this job has it all. 

Ideally you will have been at Sous level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment, with a mixture of banquets and a la carte. You will be a strong communicator who can drive your section and keep the punters feed. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle 500+ banquet covers  + Ala Carte service. The business has a loyal clientele and with a salaried position, you can be sure this employment is safe all year round.
