NZ Pro is a professional immigration consultancy firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. We specialize in assisting overseas applicants, primarily from China, in navigating the New Zealand visa application process. To support our operations, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team.


As a Personal Assistant at NZ Pro, your responsibilities include providing support for our LIA teams. These tasks encompass, but are not limited to:

- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to Licensed Immigration Advisers (LIAs).

- Assist in the preparation, collection, and review of visa application documents.

- Conduct research and compile reports related to matters such as school/ course information, immigration policies and regulations.

- Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and reports.

- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.

- Arranging meetings for LIAs and clients, both online and offline.

- Attending meetings with LIAs and clients, and taking meeting minutes.

- Maintain accurate records, client files, and databases in a structured manner.

- Handle client inquiries professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Liaise with clients, schools, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders on behalf of the company.

- Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards and internal quality requirements.

- Provide general office support, including handling confidential information with discretion.

 

You are required to have:

-Education: At least an **NZQF Level 5 qualification or higher** in Business Administration, Education, Secretarial Studies, Law, or a related field.

-OR, Work Experience: A minimum of **three years of professional experience** in a corporate advisory environment such as immigration consultancy, education industry, law firm, or accounting firm.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with precision.

- Strong research and analytical skills, especially in processing large volumes of documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using document management systems.

- A high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism when dealing with clients.
