Dunedin Leisure Lodge is looking for a Senior Sous Chef looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their career or a Head Chef that is wanting to put their stamp on a smaller kitchen.
This full-time role ideally begins mid-August (some flexibility with start date) for around 6 months. On successful competition of contract there may be opportunity within the Distinction hotel group.
Dunedin Leisure Lodge is a 76 room, 4-star hotel located in North Dunedin. It has a 70-seater Restaurant and Bar which serves breakfast and dinner daily with 2 Conference rooms. We also do weddings in the summer.
We cater for both external and internal guests. We service a variety of clients ranging from conferences, tour groups and a la carte diners. You will need to have a hands-on, can-do approach to your work, having a team player attitude is essential for the success of the role.
The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder with flare, a can-do attitude and a strong passion for quality food.

- Previous Chef experience for at least 2 years
