As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the hands-on preparation and creation of French patisserie items, ensuring they meet the high standards and specifications outlined in our recipes.
Key responsibilities include:
· Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for patisserie items, using both hand skills and machinery.
· Creating French patisserie with care and attention to detail, bringing both creativity and technical skill.
· Following Health & Safety standards and keeping a clean, safe kitchen environment.
· Working as part of a supportive team, while also able to manage tasks independently.
· Staying organised and efficient during busy periods.
· Producing pastries to a consistently high standard in both taste and presentation.
· Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.

5+ years work experience, specialising in French Pastries is required
*Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle / Certificate of Professional Aptitude in French Pastries
40-48 hours per week, 5-6 days per week (Tuesday – Sunday inclusive)
