We are seeking a proactive and organised PA / Team Administrator to join a supportive team within a leading healthcare organisation based in Smales Farm, Takapuna.
This is a full-time role for 3–6 months, with the potential for extension. It’s an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful sector while enjoying working with a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining Purchase Orders for the department
- Booking meetings, coordinating schedules, and taking minutes as required
- Providing general administration support to the wider team
You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative role involving PA duties
- Ideally experience working within the health sector
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with systems and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- A collaborative, can-do attitude.
