Our company runs a popular cafe located in the Western Bay of Plenty region. We are looking for a Cook to join our great team.

The duties of this position are:
· Relevant experience of minimum two years or a  qualification
· planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering
food supplies
· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and
presentation
· discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and
kitchen and waiting staff
· demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
· preparing and cooking food
· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
· may select and train staff
· may freeze and preserve foods
· good communication skills
· seasoning food during cooking

Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and
Public Holidays as the role requires.
Salary range for the position: Around $26.00- $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
