We’re on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity, skill, and love of pastry to a bakery that’s all about quality, craftsmanship, and care.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for creating a range of pastries and viennoiserie, from laminated classics (croissants, danish, pain au chocolat) to seasonal tarts, cakes, and specials. You’ll have the chance to help shape the pastry offering, working closely with our team to develop a menu that excites our customers and reflects the best of artisan baking.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a pastry chef in a high-quality bakery, patisserie, or similar
- Strong skills in lamination, dough work, fillings, creams, glazes, and finishing
- A genuine passion for pastry and baking — you care deeply about the craft, from the sourcing of ingredients to the final product
- Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a small, focused team
- Creative flair and the desire to put your stamp on the pastry menu
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work early mornings
