We are on the hunt for a talented and driven Executive Chef to continue on the foundations laid and continue the culinary identity of this landmark property. This is a unique opportunity, where  a full team is already in place, you just need to come in a manage the business and continue the BUZZ!

 You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a premium dining or hotel environment, understanding Groups & Events
  • A genuine love for seasonal, local ingredients and creative menu development
  • Strong team leadership with a focus on consistency, training, and kitchen culture
  • Operational confidence in costing, compliance, and service delivery
  • High energy, commitment to quality, and an eye for detail
On offering is a salary of $100,000 - $110,000. Initial accommodation maybe available if relocating from outside the region.
