We have been BUZZed and looking for a talented Chef, competent on the grill and hot sections with the desire and hunger to serve the best cuisine is town. The Executive Chef is looking for career chefs (not those just looking for a job) to join the small brigade and cook up a storm. The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of the grill but also willing to jump on any section. Your skills and ability will be tested - but this is a chance to shine in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Ideally you will have 5 years post qualification, holding Chef de Partie for a minimum 3 years, without jumping for job to job. You will be a strong communicator who can drive your section and keep the hotel guests feed.
Team fit is really important to the kitchen, therefore interviews will be held onsite. There is an option for temp to perm. Pay rate $30 - $34 per hour
