About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-cuisine cooking, with a focus on Indian cuisine. This is a full-time position, offering 30-40  hours per week. We would like to create a fusion cuisine in the future and specifically fusion-style pizzas.

Responsibilities:

*   Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of dishes, with a focus on Indian cuisine.
*   Demonstrate proficiency in cutting techniques and food preparation.
*   Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
*   Follow all company policies and procedures.
*   Communicate clearly with team members and management.
*   Experience in preparing and handling takeaway food orders.

Requirements:

*   Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen hand.
*   Proven ability to cook a variety of Indian dishes.
*   Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
*   Excellent communication skills.
*   Ability to work well in a team
