Executive Chef $110-$115K - South Island Hotel
We are on the hunt for a talented and driven Executive Chef to continue on the foundations laid and continue the culinary identity of this landmark property. This is a unique opportunity, where  a full team is already in place, you just need to come in a manage the business and continue the BUZZ! This is not a first rodeo as Exc Chef and you must understand hotel trade, tour groups, events and ala carte. Initial accommodation offered. 

Lodge Chef - $40 per hour + live in accomm - South Island 
Sole charge curating a daily changing, bespoke menu for the lodges discerning guests. As a chef, your repertoire will include an array of cuisines, with a focus on local, seasonal produce, from land and sea. You will also have the most amazing beef and lamb to work with, raised right in front of your eyes....this is a chefs dream! Single self contained accommodation available. Open to fixed term or permanent applications but you will need your own vehicle to get to/from work. 

Sous Chef  $34 - $35 per hour - Christchurch Restaurant 
Inner city restaurant, busy all year round. You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine and can handle a busy service. Ideally, you will have notched up a few years as CDP of a busy service orientated kitchen. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers. 

Snr Chef de Partie $31 - $33 per hour - Queenstown
Recently opened restaurant and bar in Frankton is looking for a Snr CDP to assist the kitchen team, as the look to open up private dining and functions space in the venue. Open for lunch and dinner, this brand new kitchen is headed by a very accomplished owner / operator and boasts some amazing fresh produce.  

Snr Chef de Partie - Up to $33 per hour - Mackenzie District 
Seasonal Hotel looking for a Snr Chef to Partie for the busy summer season. The hotel does focus on tour groups and banquet style but are looking to add Ala cart offering for the lunch trade. Fixed term contract from November until April, with options to stay on permanent or transfer within the group. Accommodation available at discounted rate.  

Chef de Partie $30 - $31 per hour - Christchurch Restaurant 
Established inner city restaurant is looking for 2 fixed term, full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team as the open up for evening service for the summer months.  Working on the Entremet/ Larder section during the busy evening dinner service, you will have the skills and passion to deliver consistency to every single diner. Opening Wednesday - Sunday, this is a fixed term job until March 2026.
