We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to support our kitchen operations, maintain exceptional culinary standards, and deliver high-quality dining experiences to guests. Youll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure consistency, safety, and excellence in every dish we serve.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with company recipes and presentation standards

Maintain consistency in portion sizes, quality, and speed of service

Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are followed at all times

Manage daily prep lists and oversee ordering and stock control

Liaise with suppliers and handle deliveries and invoices efficiently

Assist in the introduction and execution of new menus and seasonal dishes

Monitor kitchen performance and communicate effectively with the management team

Ensure all kitchen staff are well-presented and compliant with uniform and grooming standards

Report complaints, incidents, and accidents promptly and accurately

Support a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism within the kitchen

Perform additional reasonable duties as required by management
Health & Safety

Adhere to all company and legal health, safety, and hygiene standards

Identify potential hazards and take preventative action to maintain a Zero Harm workplace

Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA)

Promote and demonstrate safe work practices among all team members

Report incidents or unsafe behaviour immediately and assist in hazard control
About You

Minimum 3 years of relevant culinary experience (a qualification may substitute experience)

Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

Calm and professional under pressure with a strong attention to detail

Computer literate with basic administrative and ordering skills

Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening
