We are a busy restaurant in the Brewtown hub of Upper Hutt

You are required to undertake the following responsiblities

  1. planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
  2. monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  3. discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
  4. demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
  5. preparing and cooking food
  6. explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
  7. select and train staff

You are required to have an NZQF level 4 qualification or a minimum of 3 years work experience in the field.

You will be gaurenteed a minimum of 30 hours a week
