Job Description:
- Prepare and cook dishes, monitor all dishes at all stages.
 - Freeze and preserve food properly to ensure food quality.
 - Create new dishes and update menus.
 - Estimate and control food costs.
 - Monitor stock level and order supplies.
 - Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
 - Ensure kitchen facilities and equipment are operational and meeting standards.
 - Ensure cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen, enforce hygiene regulations.
 - Select kitchen staff and provide staff training may be required.
