DIAMOND TAKEAWAYS (REMUERA) LIMITED, located in Epsom, is looking for two full-time
COOKS to join our team. As a COOK, you will be working a minimum of
30 hours per week on a roster. You will be responsible for:

Job Duties:

•Check the ingredients purchased to meet the ordered quantity and freshness 

•Stock raw materials properly as per instructed by the Chef Communicate with chef and manager about menu updates and planning

•Preparing ingredients for cooking.

•Meet the special dietary needs of guests and ensure the level of cooking and service quality

•Participate in preparation work before cooking, such as checking and adjusting the temperature of the cooking equipment

•Make sure the presentation of the food served

•Abide by health and safety regulations

•Conduct other duties in the kitchen as required by the main Chef and Manager.

 

About you:

1. At least ONE year of relevant work experience in the same field OR
NZQCF Level 4 qualification or above

2. Physically fit with a clear criminal record
