Chow Social is seeking 10 experienced Chefs to support kitchen operations across its Auckland venues, including the bar, restaurant, conferencing, and events.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen, a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, and demonstrate physical fitness and good character.
Flexibility is essential, as the industry operates 24/7 throughout the year, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, in line with business needs.

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within the assigned section
  • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain portion control and consistency across all menu items.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented in line with recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the assigned section and storage areas.
  • Follow and enforce all food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and workplace safety standards

This is a full time permanent role with average 40 hours in a week. Expected to work 5-6 days in a week.
