About the Role
As an Administrator, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and wider team. Responsibilities may include:
• Providing high-quality administrative support to the team
• Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination
• Managing appointments and travel arrangements
• Overseeing daily office administration duties
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone
• Handling incoming calls professionally, accurately, and with a warm approach—taking messages and directing calls appropriately

What You Will Bring
To be successful in these roles, you will have:
• Previous experience in office administration, personal assistance, or a related position
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to switch between tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience using office management or accounts systems
• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and confidently
