About the Role:

 

As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences that align with our restaurant’s standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and presenting exceptional dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity.
  • Designing and updating menus to maintain a balance of flavors and innovation.
  • Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Supervising and training kitchen staff to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a talented professional who meets the following criteria:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role or relevant culinary qualifications.
  • Specialization in Indian and fusion cuisine is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations within in Auckland 
  • Be able to work on weekends.
  • Can manage a busy kitchen
  • Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and exceptional presentation.
