Precise Consulting Ltd is a professional organization providing services in wide areas including study abroad and visa consulting, immigration agent, overseas family settlement, business advisory and taxation advisory services. We are looking for a full-time business support administrator to join in our busy team in Auckland.

·       Liaise with clients to provide immigration documents as instructed by Licensed Immigration Advisers

·       Meeting co-ordination and general correspondence including taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents

·        Attend meetings and act as secretary as required

·         Answer phone calls and communicate messages in a timely manner

·         Perform administrative details (calendars, reports, notes, payroll, billing, spreadsheets, emails, mails, etc.)

·         Schedule and organize travel itineraries and travel arrangements (hotel, car services)

·         May supervise junior administrative clerk

·         Work as part of a team and effectively supporting manager and Licensed Immigration Advisers

 

 

·         Perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of manager and Licensed Immigration Advisers

·         Assist in strengthening, growing and expanding our network of clients to meet our segments growth plans

·         Any other duties the employer reasonably may require employee to perform

       Pay rate: minimum $34.00 / hour - maximum $35.00 / hour

       Guaranteed hours of work per week: minimum 30 hours

 

       Requirements for the job:

 

·         Possession of an NZQF Diploma qualification, or a minimum of two year of relevant work experience.

·         Demonstrated proficiency in building strong relationships, including evidence of effective stakeholder management.

·         Exhibited proficiency in both written and oral communication.

 

 

·         Possession of a personable demeaner and the capability to confidently utilize persuasive language.

·         Excellent attention to detail, planning, organizational skills, and self-management abilities.

·         Confidence and proactivity in engaging with students, clients, and educational institutions.

·         Eligibility limited to candidates who are NZ citizens or residents.
